Instructions for Paper Presentation

These instructions are intended to help presenters prepare clear, professional and scientifically appropriate presentations in accordance with the standards of the World Physiotherapy AWP Regional Conference 2026.

Keep Your Presentation Within 5 Minutes

There is no restriction on the number of slides. Focus on concise, readable and scientifically appropriate content.

  •  You will be provided with the PPT Template and you will have to prepare you presentation using that template and design only.
  •  You will be provided with the Code number and the same you will have to put on your title slide.
  •  Mention Title and Abstract Code only along with Ethics Committee Registration/ PROSPERO registration no in the first slide. Do not reveal your / institutional identity, logos, guide/supervisor names or affiliations anywhere in the presentation.
  •  Prepare the PPT covering Background/Need, Objectives, Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusion and Implications, as applicable.
  •  Keep content concise, readable and use relevant graphs, tables and figures.
  •  Present key findings clearly and accurately, consistent with the accepted abstract. Use English and internationally accepted scientific terminology.
  •  Include ethics approval, consent, funding, conflict of interest and trial registration, where applicable. Disclose AI use where required and ensure all content is original, accurate and appropriately referenced.
  •  Email the PPT to your assigned coordinator well in advance following the instructions and deadline sent to you . The submitted PPT will be considered the FINAL VERSION. No last-minute changes or replacement will be accepted.
  •  You need to join the category-wise WhatsApp group. Your assigned coordinator is your primary point of contact; direct all presentation-related queries through them.
  •  Carry the final PPT on a Pen Drive as backup and report to the assigned presentation area 20–30 minutes before your scheduled time.
  •  Maintain professional conduct, stay within the allotted time and be prepared to answer questions from the judges.
