Keep Your Presentation Within 3 Minutes
Size of the ePoster should be 16:9 widescreen layout. ePoster template will be sent to the participants and they will have to prepare their ePosters in that design and layout only
- Poster code no allotted by committee should be clearly visible along with Ethics committee approval no/PROSPERO Registration no if applicable.
- NOT carry physical hard copy of poster for the presentation .
- Please note that presenters will have to be Physically present for presenting ePosters. Online presentation is not permitted under any circumstances
- Prepare the poster under the broad headings of Background/Need, Objectives, Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusion and Implications, as applicable.
- The poster must be consistent with the accepted abstract and should highlight the key findings clearly.
- Use a clean, professional and uncluttered presentations with readable fontsize. Keep text concise and readable. Use appropriate graphs, tables, images and figures to communicate findings effectively.
- Include ethics approval, consent, funding, conflict of interest and trial registration, wherever applicable. Do not include identifiable patient information without appropriate consent.
- Disclose AI use where required. Ensure the poster is original, accurate and scientifically appropriate.
- Be present at the assigned poster session, follow the allocated presentation time, of 3 minutes briefly explain the poster and be prepared to answer questions.
- Email the final poster to your assigned coordinator well in advance. The submitted poster will be considered the FINAL VERSION. No last-minute changes or replacement will be accepted.
- You will be added to a separate WhatsApp group according to your category. Your assigned coordinator will be your primary point of contact. Please communicate all poster-related queries through your coordinator.
- Maintain professional communication and interaction with judges and delegates throughout the presentation.
